These terms apply to every order placed with Peptune Labs. Please read section 01 carefully: everything we sell is supplied for laboratory research and for no other purpose.
All peptides supplied by Peptune Labs are for laboratory research purposes only. They are not licensed medicines, have not been assessed or authorised by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), and are not food supplements. They are not for human or veterinary consumption and must not be used for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any condition.
By ordering, you confirm you are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, and that you have the facilities and competence to handle research chemicals safely.
You must be 21 or over to buy from us. Before browsing you are asked to confirm both your age and that you are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, and that the products are for in vitro and laboratory research only.
Both confirmations are required. We may refuse or cancel any order where we have reason to doubt either, and we may decline to supply anyone who indicates an intention to use these products on people or animals.
We publish a purity figure and batch reference for each product. Figures are taken from third-party analysis of the batch supplied to us. While we take care to keep descriptions, pricing, and stock accurate, we do not warrant that every detail on the site is free from error, and we may correct errors or withdraw a product at any time.
Where a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as such, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at the incorrect price.
Orders are placed through the checkout on this website. We accept:
A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation, not when payment is taken. Until that point we may refuse or cancel an order, in which case we refund you in full.
We ship from the UK to the UK, Europe, and selected international destinations. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays at customs or other events outside our control.
You are responsible for checking that the products you order may lawfully be imported into your country, and for any import duty or tax charged on arrival. See our shipping policy for current times and costs.
Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU buying at a distance, you generally have 14 days from receipt to cancel and return an unused order for a refund. There is an exception in law for sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons. Peptide vials fall within that exception, so we cannot accept a return once a vial's seal is broken.

Please report damage or an incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, so we can resolve it quickly. Reporting later does not remove your statutory rights, but it does make a claim harder for us to verify. Full detail is in our refund policy.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We accept no liability for loss arising from use of a product otherwise than for laboratory research.
Research chemicals are regulated differently across jurisdictions. You are responsible for confirming that purchase, import, possession, and use are lawful where you are, and for handling, storing, and disposing of products safely and in line with local rules.
We process personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and only as needed to take payment, fulfil your order, and provide support. See our privacy policy for what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the version that applies to that order, so changes are not retrospective.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
