Why the prices look low

Most of what you pay for peptides elsewhere is not the peptide. It is a brand, a warehouse, a sales team, and a marketing budget. We carry a deliberately short catalogue, hold stock ourselves, and sell direct, so the price is closer to what the material actually costs. We ship worldwide from the UK today, and are expanding operations into the Czech Republic and the UAE so orders reach mainland Europe and the Gulf faster than a single UK dispatch point allows. The trade-off is real and worth knowing: we stock fewer compounds than the big sites, and when something sells out it stays out until the next batch lands.

How we handle purity

Every vial carries a batch reference, and the purity figure we publish for it comes from third-party analysis of that batch rather than from our own bench. If you want the certificate for the batch you received, ask and we will send it. If independent testing you have run shows a product below the specification we sold it at, send us the result. We will read it properly and put it right.

What happens when it goes wrong

Parcels get lost and vials occasionally arrive damaged. When that happens, send a photo and we will replace it or refund it, and we deal with the courier ourselves rather than asking you to. The one thing we cannot take back is a vial whose seal has been broken, because there is no way to confirm how it was stored once it leaves us.

The fastest way to reach us is email. We aim to answer within a day, and in practice it is usually much less than that.

Everything here is supplied for laboratory research only. These are not medicines, they are not licensed by the MHRA, and they are not food supplements. We do not give dosing advice, we do not publish protocols, and we will decline an order from anyone who tells us they intend to use these products on themselves or on an animal. That is not a disclaimer at the bottom of a page, it is the basis we sell on.
